Move-in Fee Breakdown:

• First Month’s Rent
• Administrative Fee of $150.00-$300.00 (based on credit)
• Deposit Choice Surety Bond ranging $175.00-$525.00 (based on credit)

Our helpful team will help you establish your new utility accounts through:

Our Apartment Homes are Gas and Electric style, to set up Gas and Electric you will contact the following providers. We are happy to assist you in the Leasing Office to transfer or set up your new accounts:

• Georgia Power (electric) - You must call Georgia Power at 1.866.660.5890 prior to your move-in date to transfer electricity in your name. In order to receive keys, you must provide our office with a confirmation number at move-in
• Gas South – We will provide you with a form that can be sent to Gas South to set up your new account  
• Phone, Internet, and Television Service Provider: Comcast/Xfinity

Secure your Renters Insurance

• Renter’s insurance 100,000 coverage-select company of your choice
• You may contact our Preferred Provider, Protection Choice at https://protectionchoice.com/home
• In order to receive keys, you must provide a policy number to the office at move-in

Secure your Deposit Choice Surety Bond

• Upon approval of your application, you will be required to purchase a non-refundable Deposit Choice Surety bond
• Please contact our Leasing Office prior to purchasing to verify the correct bond tier requirement.
• You may purchase your surety bond at www.DepositChoice.com
